What we collect
When you request a demo we collect the details you type into the form: your name, agency name, city, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and your message. We also record when the request was made and the network address it came from, to stop abuse.
Why
Only to contact you about a demo of DearVisa. We don't use these details for anything else and never sell them.
Where it's kept, and for how long
On DearVisa's servers in India (AWS Mumbai). Each demo request is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it, or sooner if you ask.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase the details you gave us, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
